Last week our neighbour handed us in a side of rainbow trout he caught along the beach from here. I wish we took a picture before we ate it - it was beautiful. Never mind a picture of the cooked fish which tasted beautiful! Soft, gentle and fresh. And zinged right up with garden herbs, chilli and little tomatoes. It's safe to say we are on the winning side of this to and fro!
